6 years ago, I had a dream to continue my rescue efforts in the community focusing on parrots antheir unique needs. I was hatched in Florida among the quacker parrots and found myself as a young adult obsessed with their quirks and humorous personalities. My family being in rescue since 2004, and managing a pet store for 9 years led to starting my journey. Despite covid, job loss and lack of funds we helped 771 parrots in our 6 years!!!
I wanted to say we are officially closing down as of today. I’m sure you all have seen the changes over the years and the last year especially.
Lack of support for rescues and drama in the rescue community is a huge reason for our closure. But my personal life has also changed and it’s time for us to find a new path.
We also opened our community page with 4,000++ people PNW Parrot Partners - Rehoming, Advice and Fun! To support you guys safely finding your own homes as needed to reduce the need for rescues!
🙌🏻🙌🏻We want to thank every one of you for your loyalty and support over the last 6 years!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
While we still have our own personal parrots including 10 Quakers and miss Bianca the umbrella cockatoo,
we still have
2 galah
5 cockatiels
a senior sun conure
a solo finch
3 Quaker parrots
Looking for homes!
We also would like to liquidate our cages (mostly 18x18x61” in good condition) asking 70 each.
As well as a few accessories to come!
Thank you again you guys! You have saved my life and the lives of so many parrots in the Oregon Washington area!
If you could like to help us care for our final few birds while we go through our changes we still have our Venmo / cashapp open for a bit longer

Love you all!
