Ill fitting saddles are a culprit for sore backs. If your horse seems unhappy and has some of these signs below have your tack checked for proper fit by a professional saddle fitter. Then come see me and get your horse a massage! Massage is shown to release endorphins which lowers pain response. Massage also helps remove lactic acid build up and allows oxygen back into the muscles. If you feel better after a massage so will your horse😉
