From having no control to only losing .5 points in the obedience 🥲 granted we lowkey overdid it and it unfortunately showed in the bitework 💀 BUT it’s always a learning experience every time you get on that field!!! My handling is just as important as her performance and yesterday just showed us how all of the work has paid off! Tomorrow we start working on our 1 routine and prepare for a New Years Trial in Arizona!

Rowena officially has her Brevet! I honestly don’t know what to say…so many thoughts but no actual words! Thank you for getting in the suit for me and driving down weekend after weekend and helping me build a routine and not letting me give up and Lisa for letting me use your field! Thank you to everyone (insert giant list of names here 🤣) who have been part of this journey with me because you guys let me have this crazy dream of a French Ring Giant Schnauzer and that made it possible! AND a special thank you to for giving me my girl! It’s only the beginning onto Ring 1!

From not knowing what we wanted to do as a team to falling in love with a sport that hardly sees schnauzers participating we are actually doing it! The past year has been a true roller coaster and I still feel so far behind when it comes to handling on the field but we are here and we are learning! Thank you for all of the handling tips! And for putting on another seminar this year as the last one is what got me to commit with my girl! Time to finish trial prepping!
