Most of the pigs raised in the U.S.

are in factory farms where they are confined and will never get to play, be clean, cuddle with each other, or be picky eaters. They are being raised for food and will be killed and not allowed to live to their natural lifespan with their families in peace. This broke my heart. One of the reasons I got involved in pig rescues was that while I cannot rescue all, I can make a difference in helping so

me. We receive calls from people letting us know of situations in which pigs have been abandones and neglected—the homeowner moves and leaves the pig behind, caged without food and filthy water. One one mission we rescued a father pig and his daughter. Their names are Chapo and Simona. When we arrived they were locked in a 10 x 10 foot outdoor boarded house with maybe 1 foot x 4 foot opening at the top. It was summer, the temperature was 100 degrees. They were in mud and their own excrement. Their water had not been changed in months. Through much effort, we were able to set them free and place them into brand new kennels with fresh water, fruit, and lettuce and transfer them to their new forever home. A beautiful ranch in Texas where they are loved & cared for . They have several other piggies they’ve made friends with, horses and goats too. That’s a happy ending. All donations will go towards the rescue and transport of our missions. Once rescued, we make sure the animals get medical attention and all piggies neutered or spayed. Donations will also be dispersed to approved animal rescue sanctuaries ensuring the wonderful, compassionate caretakers receive financial assistance to help them purchase feed, build barns and so much more.

In 2017, Operation Lola rescued Chapo and his daughter Simona from a really, really bad situation. Soon afterwards we sought out the best medical attention followed by adoption. Today, both father and daughter, now have new names and a new life on the farm! Candy's Farm - a place where all animals are welcomed into their human family with love, dignity, and respect. 🐾 Update on Our Rescue Pup! 🐾

Meet our latest rescue—a sweet German Shepherd puppy who needs your help! Just yesterday, we received an urgent message from a neighbor. This little girl was found severely dehydrated, struggling to keep going, and we immediately took action. With the help of Operation Lola and our caring neighbors Andy and Bonnie, we were able to rush her to the emergency vet to get her the care she desperately needed.

Here’s what the tests revealed:

• Canine Parvovirus: Negative
• Heartworm Test: Positive for Anaplasma, negative for Heartworm, Lyme, and Ehrlichia
• F***l Test: Positive for hookworms

After a much-needed bath and rest, this little one is starting to recover. She’s taken a special liking to Andy, who’s been a hero through all of this, helping foster her until we find her a home.

There’s something so majestic about a horse, especially one like Amal.

This beauty was rescued from a brutal kill pen after being discarded for losing sight in one eye. Amal was deemed worthless by her previous owner, but to us, she was priceless. With the help of a kind-hearted woman, we brought Amal to safety, and her transformation has been nothing short of magical. She now runs free, makes new friends, and thrives at the Agape Ranch.

We’re so proud of her resilience and so thankful for your continued support that helps give all our rescuers the life they deserve.
