With thanksgiving around the corner My special offers for the month of November will be dog baths $25 deshedding $35 when booking boarding during thanksgiving the holiday rate will be $45! But you will get $5 off that.

Please settle all invoices in a timely manner. A 48-hour grace period is allowed for payment of outstanding balances. If payment is not made within this timeframe, your account will be deactivated, and you will be unable to book grooming, boarding, or drop-in services until the balance is cleared. Non-payment will result in a permanent ban from all services and require full account settlement.

With respect to your account, please be aware that drop-off at any time during the day will result in charges for that day, in addition to pickup. For illustration, dropping off on the 3rd and retrieving on the 8th will incur charges from the 3rd to the 8th. If you notify us of an earlier pickup, the original price and charge will still be applicable. However, pickups subsequent to the scheduled date will incur an additional $25 charge. Payment is due upon drop-off.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are no longer offering haircuts or trims. Our current grooming services include de-shedding, basic baths, nail trims, and special requests, but exclude haircuts.

For efficient boarding inquiries, please provide dates in order. If additional time is required for decision-making, kindly maintain open communication. Once prices and dates are sent, it is your responsibility to pay the deposit and confirm reservations within the stipulated timeframe. I will issue one reminder before potentially reallocating dates to other clients. All dogs must be current on shots, flea & tick medication. Thank you for your understanding.

There’s been a lot of questions lately about what services we provide here’s the following and a short summary of what the service consists of.

• grooming { grooming services will include but not limited to de-shedding, basic baths, nail trim/grind, and other things if your pet need specific services.}

• boarding { boarding will take place in my home, they get to roam 24/7 unless told otherwise, they are on the schedule they’re on at home, it is possible they will be around other dogs. boarding services can last 2 weeks up to a few months. }

• Drop ins { drop in services will take place in the owners home! I provide daily check ins on the dog(s) provide play time & potty time. }

• price DOES vary on each service.
