The Holidays are upon us! We do still have availability over the Christmas and New Year holidays!

Please give us a call at 210-688-3621 or email us at [email protected] to make a reservation! (Please leave a voicemail if we do not answer the phone, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.)

RESERVATIONS:
Holiday reservations require a 3 day minimum. We recommend making reservations at 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure your dog's spot.

DEPOSITS:
Christmas/New Year deposits are due by Sunday 12/13.
After 12/13 the space may be taken by another who pays the deposit upfront.

For reservations 7 days or under, the whole boarding price is due as a deposit. For reservations over 7 days, the deposit due will be 7 days of boarding.

CANCELLATIONS:
If cancellation is made 7 days or more prior to the start of the reservation, a full credit will be received. If cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to the start of the reservation, and the spot can be filled, a full credit will be received. If the spot can not be filled, a half credit will be received. If cancellation is made less than 48 hours, then the deposit is non-refundable.
