Never underestimate the power of your positive energy and affection toward your dog as a positive reinforcement. Giving a good petting or scratch and telling your dog how well they did fuels their desires to please your more.
One aspect of my training style is to socialize dogs with other dogs and people. I have designed a multi-session class that allows me to work with a group of people and their dogs at the same time to incorporate socialization immediately.
