Hello everyone! I hope yall are having a great weekend! As we are gearing up for another week , we would just like to remind everyone that the only way to book appointments from now on will be via FB messenger, moego or our work phone.

We are trying to minimize the avenues for booking to help our staff have better communication with our customers and booking.

Hello everyone! Happy new year. We just wanted to address some issues that have come up already this year for us.

We have had some issues with our booking system and unfortunately our work phone. We apologize for the inconvenience and lack of communication on our end as we try to provide the best service we can.

We are also working in the field grooming and driving so please allow us 24-48hrs to respond to messages. If you do not hear from us within that time frame please reach out again. We have someone just working with booking and the phone now so hopefully it will not take as long for communications on our end.

We are also booking a few weeks out and highly recommend rebooking multiple appointments as we may not be able to accommodate same day or same week appointments.

We appreciate everyone's support and apologize again on our end for the communication problems we've had. Thank you for understanding and working with us.

Just a friendly reminder we are booking up about a month out right now. Due to the holidays we recommend booking ASAP, spots are very limited and we will be booking up for December very quickly.

We always recommend getting on a schedule so your not feeling left out or stressed about the booking process and have peace of mind knowing your fur babies are taken care of!!
