We're looking for dogs to help us conduct our training study with ASU. We take only one study dog at a time. We're looking for dogs that will be available after November 10th. My good friend, and b.f.o.m. Brent and I had the honor of working alongside (who is currently hiding in the crowd like Waldo) 👀
I can only express how much of a pleasure it was to work with one of my best and closest friends to host this event at his ranch, Canis Ranch in Santa Clarita, CA.
It was an incredible event that focused on the art of connecting with, and speaking to clients. It was a first of its kind and we're excited for the next one!

Good afternoon everyone!
Mariano here reaching out on behalf of the entire team here at Untamed.

Last we spoke, we had made the decision to streamline our workflow here by eliminating some services in order to better serve our mission of offering top-quality dog training. I am delighted to announce that this transition and our wonderful clients have served us so well that we are once again expanding our capacity for boarding as well as training. We are still focusing our efforts on what we do best which means daycare and other services will still not be available. However, If you are looking to train, or have plans to leave town and need to board, we are here for you!

I also get to be the one to let you know that we will be upping our prices for boarding and board and training. We put this off as long as we could. Unfortunately, it's a necessary step for a growing business. On the plus side, though, this allows me to take our streamlined crew and their work ethic to the max. New pay structures and incentives ensure that my team is always willing to give 100% to each and every dog and owner. This, as well as upgrading the facility means I want each and every client who walks through our doors to immediately see and feel their money working for them! Nothing makes me happier than hearing from clients who have loved their experience working with us!

And finally, I want to offer a little special something to our loyal clients. If you have been planning to do some touch-up training, or have a new dog that you’ve been planning to train, or a friend has been asking about training for their dogs, you will be grandfathered into the previous training rate as will friends who come in as a referral through the remainder of the summer until Sep. 1st. As always, I appreciate each and every one of you guys! You all have truly allowed me to live my dream as a dog trainer and business owner. We owe you so much and we plan to deliver!

Had a great lesson with Jax this morning at our local park. We were able to capture this tender moment 😂🐶 Jax came to us because he was anxious and reactive on leash and nervous of men.
Over the past couple months we've been able to make great strides in his comfort and confidence when out and about. We've worked on developing a focused heel with food and toys to build engagement and reinvigorate his enjoyment of the heel command. Today he did extremely well at the park heeling for mom and grandma under distraction. I snuck my cuddles in when I could too 😂
It's funny The extent to which a dog can build relationships with people. Jax's grandmother who hikes with him about everyday was very surprised that he was sitting on my lap. She says he never does this kind of thing with her. He clearly loves her to death. However, he does seek clarity quite often and will cling to handlers who work him well and often.
Today she worked him like a rockstar and his cuddly side came right out!! Good job to Jax's Mom and grandma! They killed it today and Jax's mom is the ideal client in every sense imaginable. She's very diligent and focused. She loves Jax to death and is willing to put in the work to help him improve. You guys are why we do what we do!!! Jax is lucky to have you!!
