My Pet Pal this week is Maxine, aka Miss Kitty! She was brought into an animal shelter 11 years ago along with her mom and litter, as a passerby noticed they were living in a field in North Las Vegas. Her (soon to be) human family went to the animal shelter looking for a lost cat. She was sleeping when they peered into her kennel. She awoke, meowed, then reached through the kennel bars with her arms outstretched and grabbed her mom's nose with her little paws! As she held her mom's nose in her paws, she held her heart ❤️ Her human mom fell in love with her that instant! She was adopted on Christmas Eve, is loved immensely and literally is the purrrrfect kitty! 🎄😻

Happy Holidays everyone! Great gifts often arrive in unexpectedly small packages. My Pet Pal for this week is “Gertie” the Box Turtle. Left in a box on my doorstep with a note that said “Please take care of her”, we fostered Gertie for 2 years until the Turtle and Tortoise Society found her a forever home. She loved “running” through the water sprinklers, snacking on bugs and garden veggies, and hibernating during the winter.

My Pet Sitting Pal this week is Bernie bird. Bernie loves to sing and dance, especially to his favorite music! He always greets me with a chirp and a song ❤️ Bernie mimics the whistles of his human family, waves hello with his feet and loves snacking on sunflower seeds!

My Pet Pal this week is “Mimi”! Mimi is a feral who adopted our neighborhood 14 yrs ago. Over time trust was built with love from neighbors and my Grandson (the ultimate cat whisperer). Mimi “purr-fers” to remain a community Kitty: “couch surfer” indoors by night and greeter to everyone by day. Thanks to all who pitch in for his vet visits, food and heart filled attention.

My Pet Pal for the Day is Princess Jasmine! Jasmine showed up on the doorstep of her forever home, emaciated and homeless. She chose her Human family, as she would not leave until they finally let her inside! Now she lives in a warm cozy house filled with love and her favorite delicacy, Fancy Feast! She is truly a Princess who landed on a velvet pillow!

I pet sat for “Mango” this week. She’s delightful! Mango says "Hello" when she wants a Blueberry or Pistachio nut treat! She loves watching parrot videos on YouTube, napping in sunshine and playing with anything made of wood to chew on in her spare time.

“Reina” (aka Rain Drop) is my tiniest Pet Sitting Pal! At just 2 pounds, she’s thriving in her new home. Rescued from a hoarder, survived a necessary leg amputation and has learned to trust. Powerful spirit in a little package.

My pet sitting pal today is Buddy! He was found as a puppy nearly frozen in a snow bank. Now he has a warm forever home and adores the new baby in his family.

My pet sitting Pal for the day is Verdi. Named after the opera composer, he always greets my visits with lively song and dance! Verdi loves getting head scratches and edamame beans for treats.

My pet sitting Pal for the day is Henry! He loves watching TV shows about lions and bears and prefers large breed dogs as playmates! He is truly “Henry the Lovable Lion Hearted”.

Pet Pal of the Day, Mario. Mario was a homeless cat living in a green storm drain tunnel prior to being adopted by his forever family, hence his name. When I pet sit this handsome boy, he loves playing with his fishing pole and fish crinkle toy, followed by Temptation treats and a cat nap ❤️
