A poodle in her natural habitat.

Lyric was feeling her roots today. Poodles as a breed were bred for water retrieving, and her bloodline has even stronger roots in hunting. Most of her litter mates went to hunting homes, but she took another path and became a much beloved therapy dog, PTSD, blood sugar and seizure alert service dog, a best friend and an outstanding mother of which 12 of her puppies so far have gone on to continue her lineage as service and therapy dogs, with zero wash outs out of the pups I picked as prospects for those homes.

She's also done advanced obedience, a multitude of tricks, some agility and is now having fun with the german shepherds and belgian malinois doing IPO bite work (just for fun and giggles).

She is a dog that has done it all and then some. She always joined me on whichever crazy adventures I was up to. No matter what I asked of her, she always stayed by my side and gave me all she had. And at only 5 years old, I can't wait to see all the things we are yet to achieve together.

She is truly a once in a lifetime dog.

This girl is such a character. She is so relaxed with everything I do to her. She always strikes the weirdest poses, and will hold them for a long time. She can be held like a baby, put on her side, flopped around, and positioned in any way possible and she will gladly do it all with a tail wag and a kiss. Such a sweet, mellow little lady.

Having a background in raising and training working dogs and service dogs, I have brought that knowledge and experience into this program with the desire to create dogs with the best health, temperaments, trainability and colors to provide families with the family companion of a lifetime.

Our girls are fully health tested, OFA, and are involved in a thorough and solid training program which includes public access training, novice, intermediate and advanced obedience as well as obstacle and trick work. This is all done to test and ensure they have the health, trainability, solid minds and dispositions to pass on to their puppies.

The puppies are raised in a home and family environment where they are carefully monitored, weighed and handled every day starting from the moment they are born.

We use early neurological stimulation, deworm them regularly, and as they grow they are introduced to the grooming table, bathing, blow drying and clippers. All of them begin potty training to ease the transition into your home, and are all fed good balanced brands of food, along with vitamins and supplements to assist in proper growth development.

The puppies are introduced to obstacles to help them learn better motor control and gain confidence traversing over different textures and structures.
