We are learning to appreciate Joshua tree 🌵 it is a rough place for dogs the summers are too hot 🔥
so be mindful to keep plenty of water on hand and not leave dogs out without supervision it can be dangerous with all the rattlesnakes so please be cautious
it's best to come out when the sun sets 🌞 🐾

This Little Sunshine has been adopted! ❤️ I've been very busy with rehomes and surrenders I am hosting meet and greets during the weeks and scheduling pickups of dogs being surrendered so even though it may take some time for me to get back to you I promise to do so promptly!

Good morning everyone! I'm sorry I know it's been awhile since we posted anything we have been swamped! We have this beautiful pair of pups that need a home, we are hoping to keep them together if possible! They will go to their new home with everything you need a crate, food, leashes,an awesome barkbox and of course they will be spayed and up to date on their vaccinations/ microchipped. Distance is never an issue! I am more than happy to set up a meet and delivery. Please reach out if you or anyone you know may be able to adopt I'm willing to provide training courses at Petco since they are only 8 months old. We don't know what breed they are anyone have any ideas? We are thinking Shepard mix. Let's get these girls to their new forever home ❤️

Cats can walk for several kilometers but they will need multiple breaks during the walk, if you are able to give your cat some resting periods during the walk they will be able to handle it. A cat's body is not made for long continual walks, so they will need to take some breaks during the walk I recommend bringing a little cart for them to rest in 😻

My little prince is feeling so much better after weekly visits to the vet we figured out he was highly stressed from all the dogs coming and going and he was having severe allergies the medication we put him on is called apoquel it helps stop the itching and if you have a white dog like ours he licked himself till his fur turned red he's feeling much better now then how he looked in the last photos. Daily activities has also helped ease his anxiety we love our little 78 year old boy❣️

Angel has finally found her forever home it took me about a year to find her a home because she was so timid and I didn't think she would do well but she really broke out of her shell the last few months and I'm so grateful for the time I got to spend with her before she went to her awesome new owner❤️

It’s time for humans to show they are smarter than the animals they live with. It’s an easy out to hit or kick or yank when you’re frustrated and your dog just ate your favorite shoes. But who’s fault is it? You left the shoes out. What do you want your dog to learn and can you teach it before they do something wrong? Plan your life with your dog, what they’ll need to leave alone, what they’re allowed to have, where they’re allowed to go, and spend time teaching them those things. What if the dog makes a mistake? The answer is simple. You didn’t teach it well enough. Go back and teach it again. Letting go of anger and frustration toward your dog is incredibly freeing. It switches your brain to think ahead, plan activities, plan lessons and create a connection so learning can continue without the fear of punishment. If you feel the need to hit or kick something, try a punching bag.

Have you ever heard of the wisdom panel? It's a DNA test to figure out what breeds your dogs are but it does way more than that you can also see relatives linked to your dog, if they have any health issues it's really amazing and affordable! We have been using it for our own dogs and our rescues and it helps let the new owners know the most they can about the dogs they are adopting. You can buy it on Amazon or go to their direct site! Here is the results for our fur baby Prince! Who we were told was a full maltese but he is mixed with 6 different breeds! He's still 100% a good boy 🐾🐕

Good morning 🌞 this is cookie 🍪 he is a 8 month old German Shepard husky mix. This love bug is looking for his forever home ! 💖 He is fully house trained absolutely loves going on walks and playing. He is looking for an active person to keep up with him and help him burn out his energy. Jasper is Seeking a loving home! He is an American Bulldog! This sweet, affectionate, all-white almost 2 year old is not only great with kids but incredibly patient. He doesn't beg for food, follows basic commands (sit, lay down, out), and is extremely gentle when taking treats.

While he's a bit enthusiastic on the leash, he's a quick learner. He does great with other dogs! But isn't fond of cats, so a cat-free home is ideal.

I got a message that Abby still needs a home! She is a 6 month old Yorkie spayed female all shots are up to date and she is still young but doing great in house training, leash walking and crate training. Hey everyone this is Kona! And yes he is ready for a grooming ❤️🐾 we aren't sure what breed he is maybe a poodle/sh*tzu mix but he's a real sweetheart and only 7 months old he's a very spunky little man. His previous owners were honest and just said they didn't have it in them to raise a puppy it was too much, I would rather people be honest when they can't take care of their dogs rather than those who keep dogs for profit but really don't like animals and abuse or dump them. it's so much better when people surrender their dogs somewhere safe like a rescue and even a shelter because at least they were honest and knew that they weren't meant to have a dog and are looking for the better outcome and family that would love them like they deserve ❤️

We've been pretty busy behind the scenes it's a new year but still so much work to do! This is how many puppies we started off with and now only Oakley, Frankie, and Shadow are left to still get to their new homes hopefully next week! There is never an end there will always be another dog who needs a home don't feel bad if you only like puppies, adult dogs, senior dogs, big dogs, or small dogs they all need homes!
