I've been quiet. There are too many crossing over the rainbow bridge and their people in my pack pals all of a sudden( last 1.5 months). We are never ready to let go, are we? While I believe we will be together again, this last group leaving has slapped me. Stuned me grieving deeply for all of them. I needed to gather myself.

I'm back, heart and soul open to life on life's terms, ready to be there to assist you all with your furkids.

Pls be on the lookout for Poncho

Today is day # 6 that PONCHO
has been missing. There have been no reported sighting other than the very first day then everything went cold. We probably have 30 signs up. The Lakeside community is a tight community and very vigilant . Most likely PONCHO is not in the area. We have stopped nightly searches and we are relying on someone finding him and posting. We are sick to our stomachs over this. Sometimes when you don’t know the circumstances a hasty sn**ch up is not always the best resolution. I still believe where PONCHO was taken from was his ground. A homeless camper living on the lake or river is my best guess. That poor dog has been unjustly misplaced.
Rescue breaks our hearts everyday we don’t need more added to it. Prayers for Poncho!

Super senior, Ginger earned her heavenly wings last Thursday. She was a gem of a soul. She passed peacefully at home in her bed with loved ones close.

The magic in her eyes would sparkle when we saw each other. It was a mutual affection we shared.

My heart is sad for her family. I know we will all see each other again at the rainbow bridge 🌈💔

Vacation visits are in full swing! We have an amazing Paw Pack this Independence Day!

While we dance with the heat mid-day and it's top of mind, the fireworks will be bombastic for our furr kids. So, before Thursday, make sure you have the following at your OF in case your furbaby bolts in terror:

1. A photo of you and your fur kid together.
2. Your microchip is registered with your current address and phone number.
3. If you are leaving your pets for fireworks, secure them inside, leave loud music on.
4. Dose with calming chews.

Every year I carry a micro chip reader to help the found voiceless get reunited.

If your furfamily can't cope, please don't leave them alone.

My Grandpaw, Chloe, is in troubled waters, and the kids are asking for help to save her life. Her emergency surgery turned into more complications, and she was life flighted to Univ. Of Florida Veterinary School...

Stella came to her forever family nine years ago. She was accepted by the resident fur family members pretty well ( or tolerated). A skittish girl at first who settled in and was a delightful soul. When we finally bonded on the stairs, it was always a special treat to be with her and her siblings.

RIP Stella. You earned your wings sweet girl. 💓🐈‍⬛.

They say death comes in threes. Each time the news comes, I wait for the next. While professionally, I'm trained to be the comfort and guide through the transition processes, for our loved ones, both paws and feet, I can say it grabs me to my core humanity to celelbrate the love and live shared and the acknowledgement that love trandsends time and space to the next level of energetic flow. The essence of our love lingers in our hearts.

It's o.k. to be sad, to cry, to wale, and to grieve.

The third love fell on Friday. This cycle is complete.

RIP Kiwi, Charlie, and Stella.

All very special felines who graced us with their s***k, persuasive ways and purrs of devoted companionship. All three were deeply bonded furr family members who will hold a candle in our hearts now.

We will miss
your lap time, your early AM demands for more. More brushing, more carreses and space on the pillow, and more eats and treats.

These three felines were long-time clients; extended family in our world.. We know we will see them again at the rainbow bridge 🌈😽😽😽
