Morgan is waiting on the sidelines for a treat. However she has to wait for her treats - and for me to crush her meds into said treats.
The pill pocket trick lasted about a week before she caught on and ate around the pill. Sigh!!!

Someone did really well at the vet today.
Why was she there you ask? Well I noticed she was getting thin - as did some of her friends.
She’s down 3 pounds from April which is a lot for a little girl of 15 years. So they did bloodwork, X-rays, urinalysis and blood pressure.
The vet said he’d call in a couple days when he has all the results. In the meantime I get an email from the vet for a prescription for a blood pressure med. I must say, I had NO clue a cat could have high blood pressure.
I’m going to wait to fill it until we get the rest of the results and go from there. In the meantime I’ll be over here researching BP in cats.
