Merry Christmas from our family to yours! So thankful for the blessings of family and friends!
Life can get hectic and it seems like there’s never enough time for anything other than just existing in our day to day lives trying to just make it through to the next day, but today I want to take time and celebrate the Reason for the Season.

Hobby Australian Shepherd Breeders in Southern California

All of our dogs are family members who live in the house with us and can go in and out whenever they please. We’d only planned on having 3 Aussies, but ended up with 5, because we have fallen head over heals in love with the breed. Like I said before, all of our Aussies are family members, and we are not a business, so we only do a few litters a year.

Hope is our oldest Aussie and she is 4 years old, she came from a friend who was raising Aussies, but needed to place her dogs because of health challenges that arose. She’s a Blue Merle. She is a sweet soul who loves to find treasures (kids toys) and hide them.

Ruby is 2 years old and she came to us from a local breeder, who had gotten her back from a family who got her as a puppy, and didn’t realize all the time that this breed requires. She is a Red Merle. She is our 14 year old’s dog and she is such a sweet girl who loves her manchild.

Lily is also 2 years, and she came to us with Hope. She is a Black Bi. She is what I consider to be the perfect Aussie. She’s loyal, sweet, beautiful and gentle. I’ve had several people offer to take her off of our hands, Lol. Neither Hope or Lily had ever lived inside a house before, because they were farm dogs. But, it was only a short amount of time before they were both completely housetrained and part of our family.
