Having grown up with large, dramatic tropical palms, ferns and aroids, they left a deep impression in my psyche. I felt at home surrounded by enormous leaves and fronds. This love of plants was put on hiatus for many years by my first love - reptiles. After close to 20 years of keeping and breeding rare and unusual reptiles (mainly geckos), I found myself seeking to enrich their lives and my own w
ith more elaborate and natural vivaria. The basic go-to plants quickly got boring and, seemingly overnight, I had amassed a sizable collection of rare and exotic plants. My forefathers that came before me (herpetoculturists turned horticulturists) have mostly been Anuran (frog) keepers and thus their botanical collections were tailored more towards them. My focus is to bring you rare and exotic plants that are better suited for gecko vivaria, ideally even plants that your geckos would coexist with in the wild. These are the plants I will be actively working on cultivating for sale and trade. I also collect larger plants better suited for large hominid vivaria.
