Rancho Roben Rescues is a farm animal sanctuary located in the beautiful east hills of San Jose, California. www.ranchorobenrescues.org

We provide a safe, loving, compassionate home to farm animals in need. Our rescued residents come from animal shelters looking to rehome animals, families who need to their surrender animals, and sometimes these little ones just arrive in our backyard. Please contact us if you have info about an animal in NorCal that needs a new home.

FEEDING:
Most of our rescued residents feed and water thems

elves - freshly replenished each day. Some of our residents require special feeding schedules - e.g. newborn kittens that need bottle feeding every 2 hours, or broiler hens who need food rations in order to maintain a healthy weight. We closely attend our animals food and water needs.

HOUSING AND SHELTER:
Our rescued residents are maintained in various groups depending on their social structure and safety. For example, all of the ducks are kept together, because they seem to get along and thrive when in a group. Our chickens, on the other hand, are kept in some separated groups based on their needs. The ten broiler hens require special feeding and have mobility issues, so they have a safe space all to themselves with one handsome rooster overseeing them. The rooster flocks are separated into two groups based on size - we don't want the big boys or older boys picking on the littler, younger ones. The livestock guardian dogs are kept nearby but typically not within the bird enclosures until they are more mature. ALL of our animals are kept in ENCLOSED safe spaces at night time.

If anyone is interested in tickets to the BayFC game Sunday April 14 at 5pm we have four club-level seats and a tailgating parking lot pass! Face value is $102/ticket and we will throw in the parking pass if you buy all four. I am performing in School of Rock at CMTSJ and cannot make it! Great seats at a high boy table with couches and a bar nearby.
