Hello We are removing Inactive Members from the group, say anything to stay active.
Today, I tried a new thing – I canned some clementine segments. I had a 3-pound bag, and it turned into two pint-sized jars and one half-pint jar. To do this, I made a simple syrup using 4 cups of water and 1 cup of sugar, and then I processed the jars in a water bath for 15 minutes.
I also found pineapple on sale, so I decided to can a few jars of pineapple chunks. I mean, why not take advantage of a good deal, right?
