This pretty little clutch of normals (unfortunately, mom did not prove to have the lavender gene) hatched on July 31st. With such a magical hatchday, we are going to have some fun with them! First, let's see if they will pick a house! (This may not work because I've noticed babies like to stay together.)

Sir Wiggleby here turns 1 in 2 days, so I thought it'd be fun to see how much she's grown. Here she is next to her brother, who is weighing in at what she weighed when she hatched.

All 12 are out! Looks like 7 lavenders and 5 normals.

Aw, look at the little egg tooth! For those unfamiliar with snakes, they hatch with an egg tooth to cut the egg. This falls off soon after. This little guy just got out of his egg and still has perlite on his face.

All 13 of these babies had an egg tooth and got themselves out! We're excited to see them come out all the way!

Aww, I love seeing this in the morning!

From what little I can see through the egg, I'm thinking possibly arctic. Pairing was an arctic conda to arctic albino conda, but I think this one has a normal pattern. I guess we'll see when it comes out all the way!

We took a couple snakes on a walk today. Love seeing them with all the flowers!

Looks like our first clutch of the year resulted in 3 beautiful lavender boys! They are just so tiny! I wish their colors would show. They have such a nice color in person!

First to pip this year looks to be a lavender! We'll know for sure when it comes out fully and has its first shed.

Blossom double clutched! The 2nd clutch looks much better than the first, with 14 good and 2 slugs. We are very excited for them! Expected to hatch 6/6.
