This sweet old man crossed the rainbow bridge today. We only had him 5 months but we loved on him that whole time. He had the sweetest and most beautiful eyes. Mr. Wiggles will be greatly missed. Rest easy sweet boy, we love you!❤️😥

Thank you Waco Price for bringing us such an amazing donation of tomatoes and apples. The pigs will be very happy, those are their favorites ♥️. We go thru about 120 pounds of apples, 75 pounds of tomatoes, 50 pounds of carrots plus 80-100 cucumbers each week to feed our herd! That’s just the pigs, the torts go thru a case of romaine lettuce, a case of green leaf lettuce and a limb out 13 pounds of zucchini each week!

A few weeks ago, we moved the farm pigs to their new enclosure even though their shelter is not ready because there was too much mud in their personal backyards. Well, we had to bring them back to the barn because their new enclosure and temporary shelter are too muddy! Mama was up to the task of moving this 750lbs boy. 🐽🐷🐽

Folks, we are absolutely ok. There was a tornado 12 miles north of us which caused a lot of damage. We don’t know anything else about it. We hope that everybody and their critters are ok, and that the community opens their arms to help those affected. If you hear of animals needing temporary housing, please let us know and we’ll spring into action. Thank you!

Mr. Punkin is 12 today! He was originally my mom's dog that we got for her as a puppy, but I think ultimately my dad turned out to be his person. He was and is a grumpy old man so they bonded over that 😀. After my dad passed away and my mom fell and broke her arm she and all the dogs moved in with us. Punkin and I found each other and I think we both got each other through the loss of our dad. So now Punkin in my boy. He is definitely getting better about being social but he loves me the best. Probably because I am a grumpy old woman! 🤣 Happy birthday old man, mommy loves you! So does Francois DesCotes and I know you secretly like him but you'd never admit it!

There’s been a lot of rain around here lately. Maybe not the best time to go and hide under your shelter. I was trying to drain out some of the water under the torts’ shelter and Kernel came out and threw me that grumpy look. 😂😂😂🐢🐢🐢
