Our sweet friend Lorie Georgeson made a donation to name this hamster. Meet Romey. Romey is named after Lorie's boss' beloved cat, who recently passed away.
Romey here is an adorable dwarf hamster that loves to run on his wheel and explore anything new that comes his way. He is very loved here and is a sanctuary resident. Thank you Lorie for such a sweet idea and gift. Merry Christmas!

For the past month I've been sending all adoption requests to other rescues. I think I'm finally starting to feel better enough to start accepting adoption applications again.
