ot a job at our local PetSmart in the grooming salon. I quickly moved up the ladder and was promoted to District Academy Instructor within my first 2 years with the company. That position put me in charge of training all new PetSmart groomers in the Bay Area. In addition to the knowledge I gained on the job while grooming and training at PetSmart I have passionately furthered my education by attending classes and seminars hosted by industry leaders. Although I enjoyed my time with the company I felt that personal attention and quality was lacking due to the high volume of dogs serviced on a daily basis. The reason I am so passionate about being a mobile groomer is that I can provide a more personalized and stress-free experience for you and your pet. I find that the one on one attention in a calm, quiet setting makes for a much more happy and relaxed pet. There are no long car rides, no other dogs barking, no busy waiting rooms and, most importantly, your dog will spend absolutely no time in a kennel. Another bonus to choosing a mobile groomer is that the service comes right to your door. I am also very passionate about customer service and take tremendous pride in leaving every customer with a smile.
