If you haven't already noticed I'm taking a different direction with this page and my business. My husband and I have gotten very into quail these past few months. We're currently raising button and coturnix quail. We will have a variety of different colors available as well as fertile hatching eggs when they start laying again. We're very excited to be starting this venture together! We may offer other species of poultry or even pet birds such a parakeets, finches, and conures in the future.

Some exciting new things we've got going on! I couple years ago I had quite a few requests for pea puffers. Well now, I've got a small colony coming in and fingers crossed, they spawn!

Guppy tank! I'm working on establishing a large guppy tank that will also host a few other species of fish. But it'll be mainly for breeding guppies. I like to mix them together to create really pretty "Mutts" So, we'll see where that goes.

Update on the Khuli Loach Project: It's still a work in progress. We're adding a few more loaches to the colony we have to try and stimulate breeding behavior. They're full of eggs, just not breeding. We're also adding some new things to their diet to see if that helps.

Cichlids are doing great. Of course. But we may be phasing them out to make room for some more interesting things. I'm still debating on it. We'll see what happens.

And finally, we're working on some betta breeding. We'll be trying to do it outdoors since the environment we have here in South Texas is hot and humid, which is perfect to stimulate breeding. Hopefully we'll have some amazing fish to offer you guys for the summer!

Hybrid Hap/Peacock Cichlid babies are available if you'd like the chance to watch these guys grow up! They're about a month old right now and the size of my thumb nail. Since they're small you can get 3 for $5. Price will increase as they grow! These will be some interesting looking fish.

Exact pairing was a Platinum Super red empress hap and a Dragon blood peacock. Please note that these guys will become aggressive. Do not keep in a peaceful tank. These can live in a small pond when they get bigger.

I was blessed with more cichlid fry this morning! Dragonblood OB/Lemon Jake OB. The Hap/peacock hybrid batch from last time is doing very well! I'm excited to see what these fish are going to look like as they continue to grow. They've grown quite a bit in the past month. I also have a ton of ginger tiger endler fry as well! Those should be ready to go by April. Phew, I gotta get more aquariums set up.

So this wasn’t really supposed to happen but my platnium super red empress hap decided to have a one night stand with my fire peacock cichlid. There’s babies in her mouth 🤦‍♀️ I’m gonna let her have them and I’ll keep you guys updated on the spawn. This is going to be an interesting brood. The picture from Ron’s cichlids (who I cannot recommend enough, his company is amazing) is what the male platnium super red empress looks like.

Assorted baby bristle nose plecos! These guys are still tiny. The price will go up as they get bigger. There’s a mix of Albino, Blue eye lemon, and normal. I’m doing packs of 3 for $10. Once they get bigger the price will go up. This is a great opportunity if you’d like to watch them grow!

Rams horn snails! Some say their a pest, some value them as food for their fish, and others are think of them as pets! Either way, I have breeder colonies of these guys available! These aren’t your everyday average rams horn snails by the way. These are colored! Reds, pink, blues, leopards, blue leapords, and black/brown. These guys will be sold in assortments. $5 for 5 good sized snails! I’ll include more if I run out of larger ones. These guys produce FAST!! So be aware of that! Also, if anyones interested in getting into selling these guys, I’ve had really good luck selling them on eBay/Etsy! If you want a larger breeding colony for mass production let me know!

Update on the betta breeding project! I’m now in the difficult stages of breeding these magnificent fish. Keeping the fry alive. This is the dads first true set of fry and he neglected them a little. I have some babies in there but unfortunately I lost about half of the spawn. And that’s totally fine. It’s human nature to want a 100% spawn but it’s natural to lose a lot of fry.

Anyways, I’m hoping things go well for the ones that did make it! If not I’ll do what I always do and try again. I‘m working on a set up to be able to have more bettas to breed so I can get some more colors! I really want yellow ones as yellow is my favorite color.

Here’s something you don’t see every day. The red neon blue eye rainbow fish. I have several juvies ready for new waters. Will be “adopted” in packs of 5. The adoption fee is $10 for 5.

These are schooling fish and look stunning under a LED light. Constant clean water is a must. They are very ammonia sensitive.

I have wayyyyyy too many black Madeka rice fish Juvies. They’re on sale now 5 for $5!! These guys are great aquarium and pond fish. This particular variation is newer to the hobby and currently considered rare/uncommon!

They’re a little hard to see but the red neon blue eyed rainbow fish fry are doing great!! There’s several in the aquarium which is awesome considering they’re kinda rare!! I can’t wait until these guys are bigger! They’re gonna look like they’re parents! just look at that blue shimmer against their red orange pigmentation. They’re absolutely stunning! Even prettier in person!

These are some of what’s available! I have a couple of beautiful Ivys, silver splash Pothos, satin Pothos, Pothos n joy, Ginny peperomia, and more! I have some that im trying to get nice and healthy again because they came in a little crusty but they should be good in a week or two!

Hey guys! I'm almost out of cherry shrimp. I think I have a pack of 5 left. Online sales have been crazy recently! I do have several black bar endler fry. They should start to show color in about a month or two. ALSO! WE HAVE PLANTS COMING IN! These are terrestrial plants so don't stick these in your aquarium. Ill post photos and prices when they come in. Also Blue crayfish will be back in stock soon as well.

Black bar endlers will be available in about 2 months! They will be sold in pairs (1 male/ 1 female) for $10 each! These guys are much like guppies but tend to stay smaller and have more elaborate markings. These guys are so colorful and most have different marking making each fish unique!

Check these guys out! Baby blue mystery snails! They range in size from about the size of a pea to the size of a marble. Tank bred by me! LIMITED SUPPLY!! These guys are $2 each!

What do Mystery snails bring to the table? These guys are a great clean up crew! Not only that but they’re fun and quite relaxing to watch! They come in a variety of colors but as of right now I’ve just got blues.
