****Update - Oscar HAS FOUND HIS FUREVER HIME!!!! ****

Meet Oscar! He is a 3 year old, fixed, male dachshund. He loves people and loves being the center of attention. Any experience he has had with other dogs has been very pleasing for all involved. He especially gets along great with larger dogs. He is extremely patient with kids and enjoys good belly rubs from all. Per a home he recently stayed in for a bit “He really is perfect! And if I was going to have a dog it would be him!!”.

Meet River and Sully—two spayed, female, 3 year-old Australian Shepherd mix, bonded sisters who lost their human mom and dad in a period of 53 days. They are both sweet, smart, good-natured, well-behaved 50 # balls of energy. We are looking for someone with time and energy to train them, shower them with lots of love and attention, exercise them, be kind to them and patient. That is who we seek and they deserve. If you love this breed as we do, consider them please.
Ideally they need a fenced in yard, no children under five, no cats, or other dogs. Sully, the red tri with beautiful, blue eyes Australian Shepherd mix has been accepting of other dogs, but River the black tri with brown eyes, not so much. Both have been vetted, on heartworm, flea and tick therapy, groomed and pampered at our local puppy spa, and have thrived on a diet of rice, chicken and Blue canned and dry food.

They have always lived inside where they should be with a loving, interacting family. Do you have a loving home to offer these two beauties, the time and attention to devote to them?

This is “Bootsy”. She is approximately 6 years old. Her owner had a stroke and was hoarding. She needs immediate placement. She is scared and in need of medical attention for a skin issue. Never vaccinated to our knowledge. Sweetest girl and good with other animals. She needs to learn to be a regular dog and someone to love & care for her. We believe she is a lab/pit mix. Baby animals are everywhere right now. A word of advice, if you MUST rescue an orphaned animal and they have this all over them, these are fly eggs!!!! DO NOT GET THEM WET!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BATHE THE ANIMAL!!!!!! Use cornstarch and a toothbrush or mascara wand (cleaned of course) to remove the eggs. Check the animals ears, nose, mouth and a**s for more eggs usually there are always some there. You must remove ALL the eggs, if they get wet, they hatch and the maggots WILL eat the baby. As always consult a licensed wildlife rehabber in your area prior to doing anything with the baby! For rabies vector species such as raccoons, foxes and coyotes, always use gloves and report if ANYONE was bitten or scratched!

Brody is 8+ years old. He is very timid around any loud noises or other animals. He's never been around cats or large dogs much because he seems timid. He's done well with puppies in the past. He's skinny even though he is well. He's been neutered at The Animal Clinic of Cambridge. He's very loving and almost never barks. I've never known him to be aggressive toward anyone or anything. He likes to cuddle. He has spent the majority of his life outside and I’m currently trying to housebreak him. It has been a struggle. I’m sure someone who is able to spend more time with him could train him. I am working too much and he isn’t getting the attention he deserves. ****UPDATE**** Ducks are safe and going to their new home this evening!!! They will surrounded by other ducks, farm animals and in the country with lots of love!!
Ok, so these guys need a good home. Somewhere safe and away from busy highways, has a pond and someone willing to take good care of them. They are fairly used to people and eating and drinking well. They were saved from certain death this morning and after speaking with ODNR it is in their best interest to be placed somewhere with no worries of getting run over. Located Noble/Guernsey County OH
