We had a wonderful time connecting with residents of Liana at Sarasota today. They enjoyed a visit from Midnight, the miniature horse. Staff members remarked at the profound impact this gentle creature had on one particular resident. The woman, prone to colorful spontaneous utterances, just leaned in and quietly loved on Midnight. Our hearts were full!

Horses, like humans, can form strong bonds of friendship. Sometimes we all just need to spend time with a friend. Watching these beautiful animals interact with each other is a wonderful opportunity to reflect on our human relationships. 💕

We are so thankful for all the help and kindness we received after Hurricane Milton! We want to give a huge shout-out to the Cardinal Mooney Equestrian Club members who came out to work side by side with some of our own riding students on 10/14 to clean up our stables and groom storm sullied equines so we could bring our horses back home. Everyone pulled together to get a tough job done. Thanks to Jeanne Schiebel, the Eq, club director, for reaching out at our time of need and for being hands-on in the clean-up effort.
