We are aware of some Facebook posts made in the past few days by someone unhappy with having been charged for veterinary services we provided to their horses at their request. Suffice to say that the details they set out were entirely misrepresented. We choose not to engage in arguing over social media.
To our valued clients, we know you know all this already, but it bears repeating:
Please, if you have a question about your bill, reach out to us.
If you are expecting to get a bill and don’t, it might be in your spam folder, please reach out to us.
We will reach out to you if we see your bill has been left unpaid - please don’t ignore our calls, we always try to work with you.
If you have a question about the veterinary work, please talk to your vet, you have their number and they are always willing to help.
If you don’t want to call your vet but still have a question about the vet work, please reach out to us and we will have someone call you back when they are not under a horse.
We know you know this one too: even if you are having a bad day, please don’t abuse our staff.
Thank you so much for your ongoing business, courtesy and support.
Rod and the SmartEQ team.
