Binkys
Her FIRST Binky’s
She is so happy to be out of that Denny's PARKING LOT after 3 long tough years.
She is beautiful and sweet and loves attention. She can’t do binkys like other bunnies because of her left leg being broken in 2 places at some point in her past. Even though it’s healed on it’s on you can see it flail to the side when she jumps. Her other foot with the nickel size sore on her heel has been healing and looks 100 percent better as you can tell by her doing binkys.
We have named her Sammie or Sam for short.
We were hoping that the Dennys would have a day just for her but it’s fallen on deaf ears. We talked to the manager and also
Called corporate with no response.
Anybody have any contacts with Denny’s restaurants?

The Kenner City Park in Kenner, Louisiana BABY BUNNIES and MOM
This is her litter she had with us. She had 2 litters within weeks of each other. We caught her (already pregnant again) and her 4 5-6 week old babies that were living under the building back in December.
Then she has these 5 while with us a few days later.
So we have 9 of her babies in total
5 babies six weeks old and 4 babies
Eleven or so weeks old.
Just another reason why they SHOULD NEVER BE DUMPED.

UPDATE! Little SIMON the head tilt BUNNY is here.
Please PRAY for him. For 3 weeks he has been fighting to survive and we are going to do EVERYTHING we can to make that happen.
He told us he came from royalty that he has these special papers Called a pedigree that his past owners had made for him.
They made him special he said and that all the girls loved him and he thought that outside hutch was his castle. He knew of nothing more.
Then one day he got sick he said and couldn’t lift his head and would kinda go in circles. He was sure since he was special and has those special papers that he would get special care also, but that never happened and that’s when he found out those special papers meant nothing and that they were only there to make his past owners money from the babies he produced.
For days he sat in that cage going in circles listening to his owners talking of CULLING him. They didn’t care he was only 1 1/2 years old, they didn’t care that his babies were like him.
As with all breeders THEY JUST DID NOT care.
Luckily for him he said a person stopped by one day and saw him and asked about him and was told that he had been like that for days and he was going to be culled because he was not getting better. That person asked to take him to see if he could find someone to help him and that’s the day his little life was hopefully saved.
He was posted on our page and needed help ASAP and transport.
We secured transport even with all this bad weather and he arrived last night 1/18 by way of Mrs Ruth Marie Fledermaus
He is now with us at Lola & Friends Bunny Rescue of South MS Inc.
And we will do what we can to save him and get him better.
He said he was born on 6/8/2022
That his name is SIMON and he is
A Siamese dwarf Netherland
He will see our exotic vet first thing Saturday morning 1/20 at 9 am.

BUNNIES Want to tell you how HAPPY they are to be here on such a cold
day.
They are 4 days old today and we are happy to say all 6 are still doing well.
Just listen (turn your sound on) to them tell you all how happy they are That their MOTHER
was rescued from that park so they could be here today safe and warm.
They would have NEVER survived last night at that park on that cold ground in that freezing weather.

Pray for the little RESCUED LOP today as he has to have Emergency vet visit. His initial visit was Jan 2 but he is not feeling well and needs to go today.
For some reason he now can’t use his left rear leg, the leg is not broken but it has to do with the paw. We think he may have developed an abscess on his foot as it’s swollen twice the size of the others and he’s developed a bare spot on it this all within 2 days. Maybe it was something from when he was running loose and just wasn’t noticeable at first.
He’s already missing most of his toes, his mouth is not corrrct from an old injury and his little ears were missing about 1/2,from each side and was eat up with mites and fleas.
He has to be one of the saddest acting bunnies we’ve ever rescued.
We were hoping to make it to his Jan 2 full exam and neuter but now with this new issue we decided he needs to go ASAP.
We are hoping he doesn’t have to lose his FOOT.
We had funds set aside from donations for his neuter and full exam but this will definitely add to that.
