This is twelve! Fancy dinner outside for Romy tonight, as we celebrate her 12 trips around the sun! So grateful for every moment. She is slower, more stubborn, and she really loves to interrupt everyone’s sleep these days, but we would not trade a single minute. We love you, sweet old girl!! Happy 12th Birthday!!

Admittedly, we have done a poor job of staying connected on social media this year. No posts since September, wow! 🤯 We are still here, trying to figure out where time went and what may come next?! Here is one girl looking at the camera and one girl who refused. 🤷‍♀️😂

Today sweet Romy is ELEVEN years old!!

We are celebrating the way she likes to with lots of sunshine, easy outdoor time, and…a treat that says it all, “It’s all about ME!”

Happy 11th, Birthday Girl!! We are so happy that you have circled the sun 11 times!!

This girl is happiest outside in the sun. ☀️ And, I am happy when she is happy. ❤️

We are still getting used to a new place and all the changes over the last few years, yet one thing is for sure…our new backyard is good! It keeps our hearts happy, especially Romy’s.

We have been struggling to get into routine with all the weather fluctuations as of late, but today Hilde and I made it happen! We found a cool little trail among the pine trees, AND we saw so many turtles! There were too many to even count (scroll to see some of them sunning and swimming).

We hope your Tuesday is filled with some sunshine and outdoor time too. What are you most excited to get back to this Spring?

A day late to share, and worth the celebration nonetheless…our little town apparently turns the fountain pink for Valentine’s Day. We are here for it! 💕💗💖
