We are incredibly proud and excited to announce a major milestone in our mission! Our beautiful girl, Ivy, will officially begin her role as a certified therapy dog at Iola-Scandinavia High School and Middle School next year!

Ivy, alongside her dedicated handler and Personal Touch Standard Poodles INC founder, Rebecca Newby, will be volunteering her time to offer crucial emotional support to students.

Your support to The Ella Fund is what makes life-changing programs like this possible! It helps us continue our vital breeding program, ensuring we can donate exceptional service and therapy dogs to those in need. And continue to grow our therapy dog program, growing our team of dogs touching lives and making a difference in our community.

Their success and recent graduation embodies the transformative power of our mission. This legacy continues with the promising future of our two newest puppies, Zain and Zulu, from our most recent litter, who are now beginning their path to becoming exceptional service dogs. It is your generous support that enables us to continue donating puppies to vital organizations like this, ensuring a continuous supply of highly-capable companions to those who need them. Celebrate the holidays at the Iola Christmas Parade! Join the lighted parade, which begins at 4:30 p.m. on Saturdat December 6th
Following the parade, head over to the Iola Historical Society Machine Shed on Depot Street for a visit with Santa, treats, and fun activities!!
While you enjoy the festivities, stop by to get pictures with the Grinch Ivy a tharapy dog and our other dogs from our nonprofit dedicated to ethically breeding and health-testing Standard Poodles to provide exceptional service and therapy dogs to families who need them most. Your support for The Ella Fund helps them continue their vital work and expand their new therapy dog program, which is set to begin visiting schools and hospitals in January 2026.
