• Breed: Havachon
• Age: 8 years old
• Training: Crate trained, potty trained
• Nighttime Needs: Occasionally asks to go out for bathroom and water during the night
• Compatibility: Does well with other animals
• Behavior with Children:
◦ Better with older kids and adults
◦ Exhibits attention-seeking behaviors around young children, such as stealing toys and becoming possessive aggressive
• Possessiveness:
◦ Can be possessive aggressive with items she can pick up (like tissues or paper towels lying around. So just making sure those things are out of reach or in the garbage once used)
◦ Not typically possessive aggressive over her own food and toys
• Dental Health: Had multiple teeth extracted due to periodontal issues common in small dogs
• Ideal Home:
◦ Best with someone who is home often
◦ Prefers a relaxed, chill environment
• Personality: Very sweet, enjoys attention and companionship

***she recently got a haircut, so she’s not as fluffy at the moment 🙂

We are looking for fosters or adopters for some of our long term residents. We would like to see them in a home of their own. We can't help anymore dogs or cats unless we can get these current long term residents in a forever home or a foster home. If you are interested in giving any of our loving fur babies a home please send us a message and we will be happy to help you find your next best friend.

Also- Ollie is diabetic so he gets insulin 2 times a day- if you are someone with a diabetic pup and want to take a vacation I am more than comfortable to take care of he/she💕🐾

Hi everyone! Sorry I have been MIA for a few weeks. In the beginning of May I lost my best friend so things have been hectic, between losing her and then switching to a full time position at my job.

So… summer is here, if you have any vacations and need a pet sitter please message me in advance so I can make sure I have no vacations, or I’m not pet sitting.

Also I would like to put that if you’re looking to add a new 4 legged family member, look into Coal Mountain Animal Rescue Inc. page. We have kittens and dogs, and they SUPER DUPER sweet and adorable♥️

Coal Mountain Animal Rescue Inc. is currently seeking a foster for this handsome young fella!

Hi ha, I’m Max. I was taken to coal mtn by the state police due to what we think was starvation- the investigation is still on going. I was at the vet and I weigh 56 pounds so far, but I’m still in need of gaining for weight. So far I know sit, paw, stay..I’m great in my crate. I’m working on the whole potty training thing- but I’m a smart cookie so I’m getting the hang of it pretty darn fast🤪. I have not a single mean bone in my body but newer people I will bark at until you get down to my level and I realize you’re only here to give me love. I seem to like my 4 legged other friends, cats are unknown but a slow introduction can be done.

I am a 1 year old Siberian Husky, who literally loves everyone! I am very submissive with other dogs, but don’t let that bother you as I love to play with my 4 legged friends! I am utd, pending spay, and microchipped. I am housebroken and crate trained.

As many of you know I’m now with Coal Mountain Animal Rescue Inc., we have a few dogs that have been with us for quite sometime and we’d love to see them go to their forever home. Hi! I’m Dozer. I’m a 1 year old yellow lab that was found as a stray in Texas. Dozer and another dog a husky named Maggie were small pups dumped in a playground. Animal control picked them up and were going to euthanize them immediately because they had demodex mange. They were pulled from the shelter and went to the vets office. They stayed at the vets office for 3 weeks until their skin cleared up and they were able to go to their fosters home. He has been with the foster since leaving the vets office. Dozer is a really good boy and loves to play with the other dogs. He loves to play in the pool as well. He is current on vaccines, neutered, and microchipped.

Meet Maggie. Maggie is a 1 year old Siberian Husky. She is good with everyone she meets. She is utd on vaccines, microchipped, and pending spay. Please know the breed.
