Mother’s Day Slide and our kids were on fire yesterday!Thank you Arizona Reining Horse Association for holding a great show with a great schedule! This was a fun show for us as we welcomed 3 first time reiners! Baylor moved up to short stirrup, Suede and Quinn did their first long stirrup patterns!Annabel keeps getting better with JJ, bringing home checks in both green classes. McKenna and Cisco put together a great run in the youth, and Red was fun for me to show, plus he won some money! Shout out Shea for coming down Saturday morning to help me work horses! As always, the team behind the scenes at the show and at home make it all possible, THANK YOU!
Congratulations Kathleen Flaherty on your purchase of Mr Stockwell (Mr Electric Spark x Wild Fever)! We are so excited to have this horse in the barn and even more excited to watch you shine! Thank you to trainer/agent Jase Grimshaw for all the hard work you put into him and making the purchasing process so easy! Additionally thank you to Dusty Morgan for breeding and raising another great horse, we love keeping your horses for the long haul!
McKenna and Paleface Dreamin. Thank you Teana Long & Lauren Ashley Photo & Film for putting these together!
Sadie on Carmine. This kid puts in the work!
Congratulations Patrick & Julie McFarlane on the purchase of TheVoodothatudoo, “DocChuck” Thank you Thiago Sobral of @Sobralperformancehorses for trusting in our program to find the right rookie horse. DocChuck will leave a huge hole in my heart when he goes! Also, much appreciation to the Thigpen family for your years of dedication and loyalty to our program. Good luck!
Big Mama was elated to go down the fence again! McKenna was alittle hesitant to circle and go down the fence again, but had a great second go and was a 71 1/2 on her cow! I love that Teana got Mckenna out of the seat when she turned on the fence! Thank you Teana Long!
Congratulations Gracie on you reserve working western high point at Scottsdale!
Shea Kearney started in our lesson program several years ago and moved into the #IEA program as a beginner rider. She rode several disciplines but settled into working western. Alittle over a year ago the family added Facethemuzic RA, “Kevin” to the team for Shea to show reining & ranch. The bonus has been adding western dressage. This was Shea’s first Scottsdale Show and she had great success with several top tens and her first set of roses!!!!

I have been remiss in posting the sale of one of the most amazing mares I’ve been not only privileged to show, but also breed and own. I definitely planned to own her forever, but I sure feel called to make sure special humans like Liz Whitlock are paired up with special horses. For these reasons, our family decided Zzaide+\\ needed to belong to one of the grittiest, most amazing woman I’ve ever met! We are wishing The Whitlock family ENDLESS JOY and success with incredible Zzai
If every “first horse” could be as perfect as Bill!! BSF Buffalo Bill Cody+\\ was bred by Buckshot Farms and started western pleasure, then moved to reining. We purchased Bill as a first horse for a client who had never shown before. He took that rider to regional wins in western pleasure, reining, trail, and western dressage. When Hracie was still a walk trot rider and the Guadagnolo family was ready to buy thier first horse, Bill was the perfect match for an aspiring young rider! She showed him walk trot, then moved up to 14& under, and now successfully shows him 15-18! *****DEAR HORSE INDUSTRY….. BREED US SOME MORE OF THESE****** Congratulations Gracie and Bill on another great show!
Love watching Wally and Amanda in trail!
Mckenna Bein and Adessa second year in a row winning the AAHA SCHOLARSHIP in horsemanship in the 15-18 division! Thank you Ashlye for sharing your special girl! Teana Long media killing the edit game! Beautiful horsemanship shirt by Lanes Way, thank you Lana! Killer show pad by EM Custom Show Pads because Emma is awesome.
Please join us January 19 to celebrate our 5 year Ranch-A-Versary and 25 years in business! We are hoping to see all our present barn family, our past clients, friends, peers, and more! We know our success is wrapped up in the strong group of people we have walked with the last 25 years. We are planning on Chef @jaguad3 & David having the smoker going, music @djmattystutz , signature cocktails with our bartender @victoriarroe , celebratory cups to take home, and hopefully some shared memories! We are eternally grateful to the vets, showers, chiropractors, assistants, stall cleaners, instructors, grooms, body clippers, that have poured into BPH, the professionals that have spurred us on to be better, the people supported our dream and come along for the adventure. We look forward to seeing you all!
Merry Christmas
From the Bein Family
Team appreciation: Mr Tim is an incredible contributor to the program! He is a retired Pastor and horse trainer (I don’t know how you survive either of those with your sanity) and came to BPH to mentor me personally several years ago. Through the years Mr Tim has cultivated his own niche at BPH, but really excels relationally. He is wonderful with the horses, but a blessing with how he makes people feel! He shares how he has done things in his business, shares his mistakes, and every once in awhile will slip up and share how many AQHA World Champions he has! We appreciate you Mr Tim! Thank you @catmckenna_ for the photos!
Team appreciation
Thank you Kelly for your expertise in handling challenging horses and developing new riders!
