BPH housekeeping updates:
*Summer hours
Monday-Saturday 4:30am-11:30am
Closed Sunday
This includes scheduling. Please be mindful that the entire team at BPH is off Sundays (Ofcourse, unless we are at a show). If you leave a message on Sunday, we will return on Monday. Thank you for your understanding.
*Its hot! We know its coming every year. Please hydrate the day before you come. Be sure to eat and get electrolytes. What you eat/ drink the day before is what prepares you for the next days success.
* If your cancellation is under 24 hours, please contact Tammy directly. Please do not contact the instructor directly. If you have a training horse, please do a group text with Tammy and Jessica. Please remember, the horses require additional management during the heat. They can not be skipped and we have to manage their fitness. We plan out what the horse is going to do for the week and have to adjust to accommodate the heat.
*Please allow is 48 hours prior to your requested riding time for a lesson. We print the leason schedules at the end of the day for the next day. We need the lead time to schedule horses and instructors for lessons.
*Please be sure your kids are picked up by 11:30am.
*We love having kids out for extra riding! Please be sure they have adequate hydration and food.
*children that lease or own a horse- you are responsible for your horse’s mane and tail. Please take pride in the care of your horse. IT MUST BE DONE WEEKELY DURING THE SUMMER. It is hot & dry. Hair gets brittle
