Happy Practice Manager Appreciation Week!
Lacy has been with Dynamite Animal Hospital for 14 years and still shows up everyday ready to accomplish everything the day throws at her. She is the glue that keeps the hospital running and is always willing to lend a hand no matter the task. Her kindness, compassion, humor and smile radiates through the hospital from clients to employees. Her knowledge and hard work does not go unnoticed or unappreciated.

For many years now we have joined in with a group of other Arizona Veterinary hospitals in the Toys for Tots drive. For the past 4-5 years, our group has been the largest single donation of toys to Maricopa Toys for Tots. Help us do it again this year! The collection box is in our lobby ready and waiting for the next 3 weeks!

Team Member Tuesday
"If you take out the team in teamwork, it's just work. Now who wants that?"

Our monthly morning team meeting is a time for us to sit together for 90 minutes, all in one room. We discuss client/patient headlines, we pass around the emotions wheel to gain perspective on where each team member is at, and we review processes to keep our efficiency and top notch service.

Marsha has been a wonderful client and friend of ours for 20 years! Carson is her 4th guide dog, that we've personally known, and he is the sweetest boy.

Meet Nurse Nicole!
Nicole transferred to us from Springfield, Illinois in March of this year. She has two dogs (Rogue and Kilo), a Bearded Dragon (Dart), and Ferret (Sugar). Outside of work, Nicole and her boyfriend, Kole, love to paddle board, hike, and dirt bike. Now that her piano and guitar have made the move to AZ we are excited to see those skills as well!

We were excited to meet Nya today! She's a 9 week old Golden/Labrador puppy who is enrolled with Canine Companions for Independence. Canine Companions® provides service dogs to people with disabilities in the U.S. - free of charge. Nya will be raised for two years here in Arizona and then will go on to train and be placed with a human companion who needs her. We are honored to be a part of her story and can't wait to watch her journey.
