Team Member Tuesday
This past week we welcomed Deatte to our Dynamite grooming team!
Deatte and her beloved Doberman, Goober, recently moved to Arizona from Utah. She was born in Utah and moved around to Connecticut and Tempe and then found her way back to Utah and now back to Arizona. Not only does she bring 20+ years of grooming experience, but also an Associate's degree in veterinary science. So, she is feeling right at home in the hospital. When she's not sleeping in her free time she enjoys spending time with family and has a love for painting.
Deatte has immediate openings for grooming and looks forward to meeting you soon.

"If your kitty can't p*e, don't wait and see"
Your cat's litter box habits tell a story. Straining to urinate with little to no output is an emergency. It's not uncommon for pets to develop bladder stones. This presents an even greater risk for male cats as the stones can become lodged in the narrow urethra. A complete obstruction means the bladder is unable to empty. This becomes painful and life threatening.
Unfortunately, our nurse Jake, recently experienced this with his boy named Goose. The stones were dislodged and he is now on a special diet to prevent the stones from forming again. Goose is doing great!
