Sunday afternoon run resulted in me doing more hills and stairs after I got my 1-mile done. I actually legit was running up the hills and taking g some of the stairs 2 at a time! You don’t have to go far to make your workout level up. Feeling strong and Nola was having fun too 🏃‍♀️🐾💞🍂🍁

Not my best running plan today. Saturday with sunshine and trying to navigate all the massive crowds with Nola at my side along the Seattle Waterfront at 3:30pm Gave up trying to run after a mile because A) my worst time in a long time & B) People will step in front of you no matter if they see you or not to take a picture of the water, sunset and/or Ferris Wheel 🎡 🙄🏃‍♀️🐾😵‍💫 I took Nola for a nice 2-mile walk looping us back home through the city instead 🦮 💞🍁🍂

Took a little time off running when my knee that I blew out when way younger was telling me “I’m Not HAPPY!” 🙄 But back to it and switched to mornings now that PNW Fall is here and dark before 5pm. Daily short runs to reduce stress on my knee is the new plan. Enough to reduce stress, bond with Nola, feel stronger, and still enjoy running for fun 🏃‍♀️🐾🍁🍂💞
