Come join us for a fundraiser benefiting Old Dog Haven and the American Brittany Club. Your dog does not need any sort of formal scent work training. All they need is a nose and to be over 10 years old:). There will be 2 to 3 search areas. All will have Nosework target odors but you absolutely can hunt for snacks only!!

What’s new for October?
WEDNESDAYS :
PUPPIES!! “Meet Your Puppy”
8-16 weeks at class start or instructor permission.
In this play and train class we will talk about breed type (herding, sporting, etc.) traits and how they DO have an impact on your dog’s behavior. We’ll point out some of these traits during off-leash play sessions if pups in class are well matched for play. Each week we will cover topics relevant to everyone in the current class. This may include basic manners, such as sit, down, stand (both offered and on-cue), recall, impulse control (stay, wait, leave it, drop it); how to set realistic leash-walking expectations and set your pup up for success; crate and place-training - helping your future coffee-shopping, pub-hopping, traveling, and sport companion learn that there is always a place to chill that is just theirs! And yes - we will address those late-night puppy zoomies that come with sharp little viper teeth and any other puppy-related questions you have.
*Puppy must have had first round of shots and a clean f***l test prior to class (please use our puppy vaccine upload).

Starting 7/30.
Do you have a Tenacious Tween. Pups 4-8 months old we’ve got the perfect class for you!! Out and About! We’ll meet at Kokoro weeks one and two to work on the skills needed to Take it To the Streets!! (Older dogs welcome just check with us first). Field trips are fun!!!
The last Agility For Fun class hits the bark starting next Wednesday!!!
Tenacious Teen last series OUTSIDE!! Lots of room to work on those manners around other dogs:).
Gun Dog for sporting dogs from puppies to adults! You don’t need to hunt to take this class and we welcome returning students! Birds, bumpers, balls of fun and learning to manage those emotions when super fun stuff is happening! Great foundation for future hunting and trialling dogs! Let’s enjoy our sunny summer while we can.
Tuesdays! Mixed level Nosework! Beginners welcome! There is room in 3:30, 4:45 and 6:00 classes!!!!

Upcoming sniff n go Algona/Auburn. This is an indoor outdoor space which is a small dog daycare Mon-Thursday. Natural distractors:). 8/2 10.00 of your Sniff tax will go to Old Dog Haven or American Brittany Rescue.

Starting WEDNESDAY 5/21
1:00 TAKIN’ IT TO THE STREETS in this 4 dog class we will work on manners in busy environments. At least 2/3 weeks we will meet off site.
2:30 TOTAL RECALL-yep this class is all about getting your pup to return to you even with distractions using positive reinforcement and games!
This class is great preparation for the CGC-Urban class in June.
4:00 pm. Brand new MIXED LEVEL NOSEWORK added. Come expand your dogs world whether you just want to enrich your couch puppy’s life or put more tools in your competition toolbox. I’ve been teaching and trialling in Nosework since 2010!
We will have indoor and outdoor searches and plenty of containers. Need some help troubleshooting issues? Come on down! 5 dogs per class.
