🐾time for a reintroduction post!🐾 as the summer crazies start to wind down, I will be looking to increase my clientele! What sets me apart from all the other wonderful pet sitters out there?! ✨I am certified in Canine Training and Behavior. ✨ this means I am educated in the field as well as having over three years of full time experience. ✨I am dog and cat CPR and first aid certified.✨ I am fully insured when I am in your home, as well as when dogs are at my home. ✨COMMUNICATION and RELIABILITY are my fortes. You NEVER have to worry about something happening and me not communicating it, and you never have to worry that I will not show up.✨ FLEXIBILITY! I do not charge any cancellation fees. I get it, life happens. Give me as much notice as possible, but never worry about something coming up and plans changing. Same aspect with last minute requests. I get it, life happens. In addition to walkies and drop ins, I can also help with training! With the more reasonable weather, I am offering SMALL training & socializations sessions (max 4 doggos) in my fenced in paddock, Saturdays & Sundays 10am-11am. This is a great opportunity to work with your doggo in a less stressful environment, with opportunity to socialize and train. One on one training still available, but I wanted to add on a small group session! I’m starting these 8/24&8/25, and they will continue every Saturday and Sunday weather permitting. $50 a session. 1 hour. I am the most versed in doggos, but I offer drop ins for all the critters! Cats, rabbits, chickens, etc.

Here's one thing you can do right now to make your dog’s life even better than it already is: let them sniff! Walking your dog provides physical exercise, but letting them sniff along the way will provide your dog with mental exercise and stimulation, too. Not only is sniffing important to your dog, but it is essential for your dog’s wellbeing. Studies have also shown that olfactory stimulation lowers a dog’s heart rate and reduces stress levels. Next time you take your dog out, we encourage you to slow down and let your dog "smell the roses" and other epic scents on their walk!

It is time to finally put my canine training and behavior certification to work!

In addition to drop ins and walkies, I am now offering even more!

Structured walkies; walk with training incorporated into the walk. Need assistance with leash training? Pulling? Want your dog to focus on you while walking? I will make sure the help you need is done during the walkies! A training plan is included with a structured walk so you can reference and continue to do the same techniques when you are walking your dog. Roughly half an hour walkie. Price increase if more than one doggo.

Training!!!! I specialize in working / high energy breeds. But I love all the doggos and would love to help with whatever needs you have no matter the breed!

Boarding & Daycare; I only board / daycare FEMALE dogs. Meet and greets are required before enrolling. I only board ONE (two if they are siblings) at a time. There may be some over lap with other boarders, but it is never more than a day. Your doggo must be UTD on shots, and I highly recommend them to also be on a flea and tick preventative as I live on a farm. Preference to dogs that are crate trained, as I do need to leave from time to time. Crate ensures they are safe in their temporary home when I am away 😊 Dogs that do well here; high energy, working breeds. We spend A LOT time outside and in our running paddock! I am a dog driven household, meaning we are go go go often. (A tired dog is a good dog 😉) Couch potato dogs (while I love them too!) don’t thrive here.

Drop ins are still all the doggos and kitters! I also have experience with other critters (rabbits, chinchilla, tree frogs, etc)! Gentle reminder that Tara is my assistant for drop ins, and will be at meet and greets!

Text is best, as I never know what or how many dogs my day will hold! 518-779-8198. Messaging on Facebook is fine as well, but that is not as reliable nowadays. I don’t always get notifications. 🙄

I am fully insured when I am at your home with your floofs, insured when your floofs are at my house, insured to transport them as well. Tara is insured when in your home. I am also dog and cat first aid/CPR certified.

The time has come where I am finally able to take on new clients! A couple of updates; I now only offer drop ins, walkies, daycare & boarding. Drop ins and walkies; I have an employee that helps when the schedule gets a little extra crazy. Her name is Tara, and she will be included in any new meet and greets with clients so we can both assist when needed! Travel season is upon us, I look forwarding to assisting with all the pet needs! 🥰🐱🐶🐰
