Meet Wally! 🐾

Wally got his name from his unique backstory—he was found hanging out at a Walmart, as if he was on a mission to find his forever family all on his own! A kind-hearted citizen brought him to safety, and now he’s winning hearts at our shelter.

This lovable boy has made tons of friends since arriving and absolutely loves other dogs. Wally is a yard-playing champ who thrives on romping around with his pals. At about 1-2 years old, he’s still young and full of fun, but he’s already showing great manners—he’s pretty well potty trained and rarely has accidents inside.

We believe Wally is a Cattle Dog/Lab mix (our best guess!), combining the smarts and energy of a herding dog with the loyal, loving nature of a Lab. He’s ready to be your new best friend and can’t wait to bring his playful spirit and endless affection to your home.

Charlotte (aka Char) is the 4-year-old Husky with a heart as big as her fluffy coat! This holiday season, she’s ready to spread some serious cheer and steal your heart. Char might start off a little shy, preferring to sniff around and take in the sights, but once she warms up to you, she’s all smiles and tail wags—beaming with joy like the perfect holiday star! ✨

When Char’s not playing with her toys (which she loves to sneak outside, even if she has to borrow them from her neighbor’s kennel!), she’s cuddling up for some holiday snuggles. She’s not a fan of small animals—she prefers to treat them like toys—but she’s sure to make every day merry and bright for her lucky forever family.

It’s been 322 days since Mel came into the shelter on 1/23/24. We simply can’t bear the thought of him spending even one more day without the love and comfort of a forever family.

Mel is a truly special boy—a gentle soul with so much love to give. He just needs someone to take a chance on him. Here’s what we know about Mel:

Some of our adoptable dogs got the ultimate treat—they met the one and only Santa Claus! 🎄✨ They were absolutely ecstatic to get out of the shelter and tell the Big Man in Red all about their Christmas wishes.

I’m a good girl who’s kid-approved, super affectionate, and always ready to roll over for belly rubs—it’s my version of holiday cheer. 🎅❤️

I love staying active and would thrive in a home where I can show off my brains and energy.
