Goodmorning!!! I wanted to let you know that effective Monday November 18th, I will be adjusting my rates for Boarding and grooming. Boarding will be $38 for first pup, $28 each additional pup if roomed together. Grooming is about an $8 increase before tax. My operating costs have increased over the past year, and this adjustment will allow me to continue providing you the high level of service you have come to expect. I appreciate you all being loyal clients and can’t wait to see you the next time :)

My earlier post about being late and no shows was copied and pasted and didn’t realize it was incorrect so I wanted to clarify what our policy is

⚠️ Late fee:

15 minutes after scheduled grooming appointment, it will be $10 unless you communicate with one of us before 15 minutes is up.

⚠️No-show fee and cancellations less then 72 hours in advance :

not showing up or cancelling too short of time results in a fee of 1/2 grooming price as we are unable to fill your spot.

⚠️Also a fee will be added for canceling because your shots aren’t up to date. I do my best to give you ample time close to a month before to get shots updated as we require them to be current to groom and board. Unless communicated well in advance that you aren’t able to update them, there will be a fee of 1/2 grooming fee as well.

Just like any other job, this is how we make a living and pay our bills!

We can do 1 more small groom or bath on Monday dec 2nd, 4 grooms on Wednesday Dec 4th. Just give us a call or text! :)

Hi! I don’t know if everyone is aware but kennel cough is on the rise in Siouxland. It’s a very contagious respiratory infection that comes with coughing. Please if you notice anything going on with your pup please let us know and keep them home. We are taking what measures we can to keep the place clean and our boarding and grooming pups safe! As always thanks for bringing your fur babies to us, we love them as our own!
