Today I had my follow-up with Dr. "Kesha".
I passed with flying colors and can now have a Spring grooming.
My side facial hair is actually curling at this point. ha!

Wow - It's been a stressful time the last few days!
I had an emergency visit to the vet but, I am on the mend, I guess. My incision is healing nicely but the pain lingers so, I will continue to lay around for today, as well......and whimper if my MaMa (or DaDa) get out of my sight.
And, no, this gigantic cone was taken off of me a mile down the road. ha! (Shhhhhhh) I have been a good dog.
Anyway, thank you Dr. "Kesha"

""***I kid you not…..I finished reading this little puppy story to Mike...and Marlow starting running circles, chasing his beautiful Lhasa tail.
I knew he was brilliant!
He heard me read the puppy story and was double checking to see if happiness really was in his tail. ha!

Though illegal in the great state of North Carolina, fireworks have begun to sound off and light the night skies.
While they’re fun for humans, the loud, unexpected sounds of fireworks cause stress and anxiety for a lot of us dogs.
After all, we canines have keen senses that make fireworks a more intense experience. Our acute hearing makes us more sensitive to the sounds of fireworks than humans.
So, please be kind and keep your canines inside during fireworks. Also remember, we need a safe place to retreat "if" the arms of a human are unavailable.

Sometimes I love rainy days, if there isn't any thunder and lightening. Why? Because MaMa and DaDa are inside with me all day long. Also, today is garbage day, including recycle. So, I am relaxed and enjoying barking at all of the "big trucks". I am feeling so much love, I even brought one of my bears to sit with me for awhile at the front door.
