Small update!
Cooperate is saying we will have to wait another three(ish) months for the repairs.

I am so thankful for those of you who have decided to wait until I am back, but I am very understanding of those who want refunds.
Reminder for refunds, you must go to the MidWest City store and talk to a manager there, they will be able to get you refunded.

Hi everyone!
Quick update in regards to refunds- please take your original training paperwork (the one you filled out to buy the class either in person or online) to the MidWest City store and talk to a manager there, they will be able to get you refunded.

I am personally hopeful that it will not take six months, but that’s what’s currently projected by cooperate. I will miss you all during this time away!

Current students- you have three options, 1. Get a refund (we’re working out the details on that) 2. Transfer to a MidWest City store class 3. Wait until I am back ❤️

Hello everyone,
I am heartbroken having to make this post, but due to the extensive damage sustained in the 4/19 tornado, we unfortunately have no timeline for the Shawnee PetSmart reopening. This means all training classes are being postponed until further notice. I am so incredibly sorry for any inconveniences this may cause.

I will do my best to keep you all updated as information trickles in.

Hi guys, Shelby here!
We unfortunately lost one of our trainers recently. I am now the sole trainer for the Shawnee store. I have taken over all classes that have already started, so that they can continue and finish their training.
I am SO sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please be patient as I try to maneuver through all of these new changes, there might be differences between what you have been told previously versus what is now happening in regards to classes and their dates and times. Updated classes will be posted this weekend (keep an eye out!)
