This week has been Veterinary Reception week! Our reception team are the first ones you see and talk to when you contact us. They schedule appointments, answer questions, and are the liaison that relays your concerns to our technicians and doctors to help

We wanted to share some information to help you understand how it works when you order from third party pharmacies such as Chewy or Petmeds.
After you place your order with your chosen pharmacy, they then send the request to us which requires approval from a doctor and then gets sent back to the pharmacy.
Although this process sounds fast, it can be delayed for various reasons including requests coming over the weekend, or that the requests don't make it to us. Another reason may be that if Dr. Broderius is out of the office, as he is the one who gives the approval. When that happens the pharmacies have been known to inform you that your request has been denied or that it's still pending from your veterinarian.
We realize this can be frustrating when all you want is to simply order your pets medications or parasite control.
Here's where we would like to help you streamline your process.
Animal Care Clinic has an online store with all of the options you need for your pet. Your request comes directly to us for approval which eliminates the liaison. Our online store has the ability to honor manufacturer rebates and in your email, you will receive notices with promotion codes for additional percentages off.

Sweet Lily came to see us today and her mom told us it was her 7th birthday! So while she was getting her nails done our assistants sang happy birthday to her!

This is a friendly reminder to all of our pet parents. Due to recent incidents in the lobby, when coming in to the clinic, please have your pet properly restrained.
For dogs - Please have your dog on a leash or in a carrier. If you are using a retractable leash, please keep it in the locked position. Regardless of your leash, please keep your dog(s) close to you for their safety and others.
For cats - Please bring your cat in a carrier. We have an open parking lot and without proper confinement, your cat could get away from you. Also for cats, if you do not have a carrier, another safe option is a pillow case. The pillow case can be tied off or you can use a rubber band to keep it closed. An additional benefit to the pillow case is that it may reduce the visual stress of traveling.
**The veterinary clinic can be a stressful experience for your pet, and although your pet may be friendly, remember, other pets may not be.

Our sweet seniors at Imagine FURever Ranch need some cozy, easy-care blankets to keep them warm and comfy! 🐾💕

We’re looking for:
✅ Machine-washable blankets
✅ Soft & snuggly, but not bulky
✅ Fleece or lightweight options preferred

🚫 No bulky comforters, please! We can’t wash them in our machines.
