* All rabbits will not be ready for homes or sold until 8 weeks of age!!
* All rabbits will be in good health before they are allowed to leave our care, any future health p
roblems after the rabbit is picked up will fully be the responsibility of the customer/owner to provide/pay for any needed veterinary care.
* A deposit is required in order to reserve the purchase of a rabbit. I can refuse sale to anyone for any reason.
* All rabbits are sold on a first come first serve basis, anyone who inquires about a certain litter after deposits are put down for each rabbit in a litter will be waitlisted based on availability. If you agree to be waitlisted until a rabbit becomes available then you will be required to give a deposit.
* If you decide to forfeit your right to purchase a rabbit that you reserved you will not receive a refund of your deposit.
* Pickup of the rabbit you purchase is your responsibility, I am willing to work with transport if needed, but it is up to you to make the arrangements. I am only willing to travel up to an 1 or 2 hours at most or meet halfway but travel over 30 minutes from our location will cost extra due to fuel expenses, which will be discussed and agreed upon before pickup.
* I will send out a message when the rabbit is ready for pickup, you have 2 weeks from the date I tell you the rabbit is ready to pickup your rabbit, after 2 weeks you automatically forfeit your right to purchase/pickup and I will offer the rabbit to the next person on my waitlist.
