Cold weather doesn’t stop us from giving your pup the walk they need! 🧣 At Frogs to Dogs, we’ll bundle them up in their coziest sweater before heading out, so they stay warm and comfy.

Otis was surrendered to the shelter when his owner could no longer care for him. He is a big boy at 116 pounds and does not know how big he really is as he thinks he is a lap dog. He is a lovable, gentle giant and would love to find his loving forever home soon! Otis will need someone that has extra-large dog experience and knowledge of the Great Dane breed is a must. He knows sit, lie down, and high five! He is a gentle treat taker. He has not been around small children so a home with older children would be best for Otis. Otis did get along with smaller dogs and was okay with cats in his previous home. Otis does have a crooked front leg that was caused from a break when he was hit by a car two years ago. It does not cause him any issues at this time, but he may develop arthritis in that leg in the future. Otis has been neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, Heartworm/lyme tested, and microchipped since his arrival at the shelter.

If you have outdoor cats that need fixed - The Nobody's Cats Foundation has tons of available appointments for January! More information is on their website.

You can schedule apts directly online. Cost is $40 for spay/neuter, rabies and distemper vaccine, parasite treatment and ear tip. This is a wonderful clinic who's helped us TNR over 1500 cats since we started running there ♡

As a reminder, cats must go in live-humane traps. If you have questions on trapping, reach out!

Now is a great time to get those outdoor kitties fixed so you're not adding to the population come Spring!
