I cannot begin to describe the generosity and blessings that have come from my beloved clients this Christmas. An outpouring of support and gratitude made this holiday so bright. I will never forget to thank God for blessing me with an amazing group of neighbors, coworkers, and furry friends. Many Christmas miracles will not soon be forgotten. Thank you ALL for trusting me with your family members and allowing me to spend time with the funniest group of cats/dogs/fish/birds/hamsters/snakes/bunnies I’ve ever had!!!! Cheers to a new year of more memories and magical furry friends! 🐾

The one word we dread the most – abandoned. She gave so many years of love, illustrated by the pepper gray surrounding her gentle features. She’s 12 years old. She’s losing her vision. Possibly her hearing, too. Her legs are giving out from hip dysplasia. We suspect she’s suffering from kidney disease. Poor, poor girl.

She was found wandering. They spent nearly two weeks trying to find her family. No one stepped up for her. After 12 years, that was it. She was alone. Everything she had known was now gone. And she needed our help. There was no question – we took her.

We named her Blanche. And she’s amazing. She’s loving, sweet, and patient. We’ve fallen in love with her. She has made an everlasting imprint on our hearts. But she deserves more than this. She deserves a family that will love her through her final days, however long that may be.

We don’t know if she has one month, one year, or more. But we can promise you that she will bless you with more love than you could ever ask for, no matter how long that may be. We know how hard it is for us to ask this. We know how much heartbreak hurts. But she needs us. And she needs you. Together, we can give her the best years of her life.

If you have room left in your heart and are willing to open it up to Blanche, please come meet her today. She’s resting in her kennel at the Adoption Center. But we’d love nothing more than for her to be in a comfortable, loving home tonight – and for the rest of her life.
