ATTENTION PLEASE ‼️‼️

As of March 22nd I will be out of work for 6 weeks due to foot surgery. During that time I will be on bed rest so I won’t be taking calls. Please text me or Facebook message me and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

For those of you that have an appointment MARCH 22ND- MAY 1ST please pay attention for a call or text from me! I will need to reschedule your appointment. I have already contacted a few of you but within the next 24 hours I will try to contact everyone else. If you don’t hear from me by the END of the week PLEASE reach out!

Good morning everyone! We just wanted to let everyone know we will be doing another nail clinic after having such a positive turn out during the last one.
EXCEPT this one will be held at Mainely Pups Grooming in Fairfield! We want to make it fair for everyone to get a chance so each month we will be switching back and forth between locations. All the details are listed below but if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out!!

Mainely Pups Grooming and I will be working together on 2/17 from 9am-1pm to offer a walk in nail trim clinic. Trims will be $15, cash only. This event will be held at Kelly’s shop, located at 142 Madison Ave in Skowhegan! Please text 207-431-9897 ( we will not have time to answer calls) when you arrive and one of us will come get your dog. We look forward to seeing everyone’s pups 🐾

If I have already asked for you email, I have sent out those service agreements, and if you could please have them signed by your next appointment it would be highly appreciated.

If I have NOT asked for an email from you please TEXT or MESSAGE ME ON HERE so that way I can get yours sent out to you as well. I’ve been trying to ask as I see everyone but days get busy and I forget sometimes!

I’ve been trying to talk to everyone while I have you here for your appointment but the day gets busy and I forgot to speak with everyone. I’ve been posting it on here as well hoping to not surprise anyone with the price increase at the turn of the year.

I will be sending out email contracts, so I will be contacting you guys for your email, if you don’t have an email available I will have paper copies for you to sign before your next grooming appointment.

Thank you all for everything you do for me and my business I couldn’t do it without you and if I haven’t said it to you already merry Christmas and happy new year! (Unless I see you before then 😂)

Due to the increased cost of living, on January 1st prices will be increased. The new price list will be based on an hourly rate of $50-$70 depending on services to keep pricing consistent. Please reach out with any questions. I appreciate everyone’s business over the years!

Some of you know and some of you don’t. So I’m here to let everyone know my table unfortunately broke down. It’s stuck at the top making it impossible for me to groom larger breeds at the moment. I’m hoping it will be in soon but in the mean time I have been contacting everyone who itconcerns.

Secondly just wanted to touch base with everyone that it seems to be flea season. I’ve had a few incidents and have had to close the shop for the day. From now on….. if I find fleas on your dog I will immediately call you to have you come pick up your dog and charge a $40 fee for cleaning supplies and shop closure. Any dog can get them so I highly recommend flea and tick prevention.

As of January 1st I will have a new price chart as well

The long awaited grand opening is finally here!!!
Thank you to everyone who made it possible I couldn’t do it without you guys!!

I am still not taking any new clients. My clientele is so full of amazing people and I can’t thank you all enough for keeping me so busy! ❤️

Here is a few pictures of the new shop, I am still in the same location just on the opposite side of the building!

You will enter in Boytons driveway and take a left into the parking lot out back. Parking hasn’t been marked out yet, but please park to the right of driveway between the building and the dumpster and enter on the porch with the stairs. 😊

Just wanted to remind everyone that no call no shows WILL be charged an EXTRA $25 fee to rebook with me.
Please call at least 24 hours in advance if possible to reschedule or cancel!
It is also greatly appreciated if you show up 5/10 minutes early for your appointment so you and I can go over your expectations for the grooming appointment. If on the rare occasion you know you are going to be more than 5 minutes late please call me so we can either reschedule your appointment or figure out a plan. Please give me a heads up and not call at the time you are suppose to be there.

Again thank you to everyone who has been so patient with me through these times of change! I couldn’t do it without you all ❤️

I just want to make everyone aware! With the new system it DOES send automated text messages, one 3 days in advance (this one has a link) and one the day before (no need for a response) I believe!

PLEASE click the link, as that is what confirms your appointment in my calendar so I know you are coming! I’ve had a few people text back which is totally fine, it just doesn’t turn your appointment to green to confirm!

This has been such a learning curve but so far it’s worked out pretty good! Thank you to everyone who’s been so patient 🥰

Flea and tick season is upon us to PLEASE make sure your babies are protected! I do charge a $40 EXTRA fee to those who bring in fleas and I will call you to IMMEDIATELY pick up your pooch. I would hate for anyone to leave with fleas who didn’t come with fleas so to prevent that I do not accept fleas at all.
