Since tomorrow is Black Friday and cyber Monday right around the corner, we wanted to share our annual upcoming event.

🎄Fill The Stockings! 🎅🏼
This is a little pre event info because we have not 100% decided where the stockings will be hung just yet 😉

When we announce the designated areas, you will find stockings with a photo of a current shelter resident wishing for some Christmas spirit (and a toy or two) to enjoy while waiting to find their forever homes. These items make a world of difference for a shelter pet 🥹

The past two years have been wonderful and the joy and happiness a shelter pet gets from even the smallest of gifts makes our hearts melt, and to watch them enjoy some gifts and breaking up the normal boring day to day is the gift that keeps giving!

Here is a list of toys for dogs that are much needed and will allow them to get the most out of their toys:

Unfortunately stuffed toys for a shelter pet are very, very, very 😂 short lived. The dogs are very heavy chewers! So to maximize their gifts here are some top needed and loved items

🌲NYLABONES: mostly large, a few medium. No puppy ones please.
(This is HUGE) the dogs break up the boredom and keep busy and their minds distracted when they have something to chew on!
🌲 BENEBONE: mostly large, a few medium, a few small. No puppy please.
🌲 TUFFY TOYS
These are very loved and not torn up in just a few seconds!
🌲 OUTWARD HOUND SNAKES AND LIZZARDS
🌲GoDog (chew gaurd, no stuffing)
🌲 X-LARGE TENNIS BALLS
The dogs love to play fetch, and unfortunately normal size balls tend to roll under the fence and the dogs get very sad when their play time is cut short by humans playing fetch of the ball on the other side of the fence.
