Just swung by Lively Iris in Sneedville to grab some Everything Sourdough Bagels (pickups on Wed) crafted by the amazzzing Adorno Sourdough to make Avo Bagel Toast tonight with fresh harvest maters, herbs & salad. Stocked up on Em’s homemade great day granola and local raw honey for smoothie bowls 💞 sooooo grateful to have such a magnificent organic cafe in our lil town 🙌🏼

WOW we have LOTS of NEW produce items growing and PRECIOUS baby chicks to chirp around the garden and play at River Knobs Aeroponic Farm (aren’t they ADORABLE ?) 🤎

We have watermelon, cantaloupes, cucumelons, strawberries, snap peas and LOTS of varieties of tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, squashes, eggplant, herbs and lettuces 🌱
