At our last Women’s Circle, we took to the obstacle course — not just to guide our horses, but to reflect on the challenges we each face and the courage it takes to move through them.

Every pole and pause became a moment of awareness — a reminder that healing isn’t about rushing forward, but learning to breathe, trust, and take the next step with grace.
