I have been rescuing dogs and cats for close to 30 years, and I am tired.

I am burned out on rescue.

I will no longer for the foreseeable future, be taking in any more dogs or cats.

1. Our low cost vet is retiring. I can no longer afford to pay for animals to get spay/neuter that do not belong to me. The average vet bill has gone from 125.00 for a dog spay to 375.00. All that comes out of my pocket.

2. People are not donating their time, resources etc to help out anymore.

3. I want to focus on my own pets, farm, and my family.

4. People are just not adopting like they used to. It took me nearly 2 years to find Jolene a home. 5 years ago it might have been a few months.

It's just not financially feasible fo me anymore.

So, what does this mean?

I currently have a mother cat and 2 baby kittens.

I have 6 dogs and puppies.

Once these animals are found homes, or are transferred to another rescue I will not be taking in any more dogs or cats.

I am willing to take in small pets like hamsters, birds, etc. Just no dogs or cats.

I do not have great pictures of anyone because my phone is broken. I will make a list though of everyone, and if anyone is interested in giving them a home I will work with them.

These little rascals are ready to go. They are 10 weeks old. Mom is a lab. Father is unknown. I have no idea what he is. Could be multiple fathers.

There are 5 boys, 1 girl. The girl is brindle.

I did an Embark DNA test on the puppies. Embark came back saying they couldn't determine their breed. So they are Supermutts!

I will estimate lab size. They act like lab mixes. They are lab mixes.

They have had their first and second sets of shots and been dewormed 3 times.

I am asking an adoption donation of 150.00 per puppy to help cover their cost of raising while in rescue. Located near Solway MN.

No. I will not deliver.
No, I can't hold them for months.
No, I do not know what their mix is, besides lab mixes.

Yes, they are cute!
Yes, they will be big!
Yes, they will p**p everywhere until housetrained.

Hello friends! My name is Ella and I am a super smart girl. I am so smart that the people here say I get to be a working dog. I will be trained to be a service dog for a lady who really needs my help.

My people here are looking for someone willing to sponsor my medical care. It will cost about 250.00 for me to get spayed (no more puppies, yay!!!) And get my shots all done so I can get to work helping my lady live a better life.

Hello friends and family! We are in need of dry dog food. We feed Purina Dog chow because it's easy to find and is a complete food. Can you help? A bag costs 28.99. We are currently caring for 14 dogs awaiting adoption and could really use the help.

We also gladly accept open bags of food. If your dog is fussy and didn't like the flavor, our dogs are grateful for it! They aren't picky.

Food can be purchased for us at L and M Fleet supply in Bemidji over the phone as well! Chewy, Amazon and Walmart also deliver to us. We are so grateful for all the help people give. Thank you.

Hey everyone! I have a HUGE ask here.

Our dogs really would love to have a place where they can safely run, exercise and play. We leash walk, but it's not enough and I can't do it every day.

It will cost about 1000.00 to build a 50x100 foot "bliss" area. I will use 6 foot tall chaining, steel T Posts, treated timbers for the corners, and a walk through gate.

Would anyone be willing to help towards the project?
