Carlie Shepard and I had an opportunity to participate in a DIY Treats 4 Dogs workshop yesterday and it was a BLAST! I highly recommend checking out this new, fun activity right here in Somers. You can sign up for a dog treat decorating workshop or shop their online store to pick up a Pup Pack whenever is convenient for you! The dog treats and frosting are made with limited ingredients so they are safe for almost every dog, even those with food sensitivities 😊

Needless to say, I’m one lucky girl to still have these amazing animals in my life, even if they are starting to slow down a little 🥰

We are back in full swing around the farm! I know it’s getting a little chiller in New England so if you are planning those summer trips, make sure to send me your reservations for your pups! The first half of August is already almost completely booked!

We are FULL for Thanksgiving but have one or two spots left for the December holidays for current clients only. February and April are quite busy as well so if you haven’t reached out, send me those dates so I can check availability!

Fall is my favorite time of year 🥰

Gentle reminder we are BOOKED almost every weekend now until the middle of December. Most week days are still available! We are FULL the week of Thanksgiving but still have one or two spots for the December Holidays.

We are CLOSED 10/26-11/4. Please be patient if you send requests during those days- I will be in a very different time zone and will likely be asleep 😅

I know summer 2024 just ended, but I already have reservations for summer 2025- do you know your travel plans and want to book a vacation at the farm for your pup? It’s never too early to get me those 2025 dates! School vacation weeks have very limited availability.

Just four best friends enjoying this cool fall morning 🥰🥰

AJ is officially on the mend and is ready to find his perfect home!! While he does quite well with other well behaved dogs, I have not truly cat tested him or munchkin tested him. He did meet my friend’s littles this past weekend and overall did quite well, but I would recommend a home with kids 10 and older. He does still zig and zag a little so this will make sure no Weeble
Wobbles fall down! I am 💯AJ’s mom these days so he needs the PERFECT home for him to leave the farm life! If you know anyone looking for a very loyal companion, let me know!

It has been a VERY busy end to summer but I’m happy to share AJ is doing GREAT and recovering really well form his surgery! Again, I cannot thank everyone enough for all the support in helping me make this boy comfortable again - I can see the change in his eye - I can literally feel him saying “thank you!!!!”. I’m going to give him one more week before we launch an active search for his new home, but if you know anyone looking for an awesome shepherd, send them our way!!

Also, we want to send out a HUGE congratulations to Ava and Princess for having an amazing weekend at CHSA Finals- this pony has the most amazing comeback story and I feel lucky to be a part of it 💜💜. So beyond proud of Ava and how focused and determined she is and how much she LOVES her pony! She is the best example of good horsemanship!

Bane whispered in my ear that he wants me to remind everyone we are completely booked for Thanksgiving and only have a couple spots left for the holidays!

In just 3.5 months, there has been an incredible change in AJ. The last step to help him be in the best health possible is a surgery to remove his left ear canal so he will no longer be in pain from the inflammation and infection that will not clear up. Please consider donating any small amount - AJ and I are so beyond appreciative of our amazing community and thank you so much for those who have already sent their support!!

AJ is still looking for that special someone! We are getting closer to my busy season so as much as I want him to stay, pretty soon I am not going to have space. I had to share this video from Eve’s mom of how excited Eve is coming down the driveway. This is the second video JUST THIS WEEK an owner has shared with me just how happy a pup is to come to the farm.
