Rudy is incredibly dedicated to his obligations!! Even though he underwent an indescribably intense surgery less than 24 hours ago, he is back on the job today!!! He is supervising the chef he has assigned to hand make his meals from scratch. There is just no quit in this boy!!❤️❤️❤️

Poor, wonderful Rudy is back resting after a long, tough surgery. The surgeon described it as more challenging than they expected. He will likely have an uphill recovery but he will be spoiled the entire time. Rudy is thankful for, and deserving of, all the prayers, special thoughts and donations made for his medical care. Donations can still made made through PAWS - Perry Animal Welfare Society.

Canine Camp-Out
Brought Rudy and Barrett to Canine Camp-Out for some hydro therapy for Rudy's hip. Barrett gave Rudy all the motivation he needed. Rudy was jumping off the ramp to chase after the toy Barrett was swimming after. These two kept this old man hoppin'!🤣

Rudy is swimming!! We took Rudy and Barrett to visit Canine Camp-Out. This is Rudy's second visit. We are hoping the swimming will be therapeutic for his hip. This is Rudy's second session and he is swimming much better now. He even jumped into the pool on his own!! He's not yet a dock diver but he is a pretty decent ramp diver. His navigation back to the ramp could use a little improvement! 🤣

Car rides....Rudy is not a fan! It used to be a big ordeal to et Rudy in the vehicle. When the ride leads to some really fun stuff though, it makes it a little better. Rudy still is not a fan of the ride but, as you can see in this short clip, he is a lot more cooperative than he used to be.
